About us

BoostR was founded in 2021 by Bart Verreydt, a seasoned professional with over 22 years of international experience in the corporate world, having worked with US multinationals such as 3M, Kimberly-Clark, Halyard Health, and Owens & Minor. From his beginnings as a Benelux marketer to serving as Vice-President EMEA and in international board mandates, Bart gained extensive expertise in international business operations, leadership, change management, post–merger integration, spin-offs and international scaling & growth strategies. After his corporate career, he further strengthened his expertise by working operationally and in C-level roles at two scale-ups, gaining first-hand experience in the unique challenges and opportunities of high-growth businesses. In the summer of 2022, he also joined Cross International through a management buyout (MBO), an internationally operating boutique firm specializing in executive & board search.

Building on this collective experience, Bart launched BoostR—a no-nonsense, pragmatic boutique advisory firm focused on helping start-ups, scale-ups, and family businesses achieve sustainable growth and scale internationally. As a people person, Bart firmly believes that happy people with a growth mindset, in combination with solid business processes and a positive 'can do' company culture drives results!
